Jimi Hendrix – Axis: Bold As Love | 2008 US LP (Pre-loved)

The Jimi Hendrix Experience's second album, released only months after their debut, shows Hendrix stretching out as a writer and studio experimenter. Little Wing, Castles Made Of Sand and the title track balance soul-inflected tenderness with dazzling, phased-out guitar colour.
